Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Embed EHS as a core value and practice into execution, meeting J&J EHS Policy
• Build and maintain EHS management system based on the EHS ownership structure
• Compliance to the local regulations and Johnson and Johnson global Environment and Safety standards
• Accountable for all EHS performances and incidents with data analytic and root cause analysis
• Drive the implementation of EHS best practice and innovations in alignment with the regional and global EHS teams
• Build and maintain robust Safety Culture including planning and implementing EHS events and champaigns
• Manage changes from EHS perspective to protect site people and assets
• EHS capability building of the team members and key employees
• Manage EHS Group
• Partner with all functions within the site as well as regional and global EHS team
• Conduct on-site EHS audit and follow up calls for external suppliers in Japan

Qualifications

Education, Experiences, qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent, engineering or chemical background preferred
• 5 years or more experiences in EHS, preferrably work expericence in multi-national companies in chemical, engineering, construction, pharma, cosmetics, food industries in manufacturing, maintenance, other related environment
• Experts in EHS with deep understanding of local, international regulation and EHS management system
• Audit managment skills with related audit handling experiences internally and externally
• Equipped with skills of Risk Assessment, Root Cause Analysis and problem solving
• People management experience by leading organization, developing talents and teams for continuous business success, being a good coach and mentor to the team
• Organizational skills and influencing skills with good stakeholder management, enough maturity to represent the site for external
• Good communication skill in oral and written manners both in Japanese and English
• Digital skills preferred
