Johnson & Johnson Medical ANZ is recruiting for a Senior Commercial Analyst, Contract Management, located in North Ryde, Sydney.

This role is responsible for the management, compliance & optimizing performance of commercial customer contracts

Role will have influence in shaping JJMs financial performance & operational objectives in the customer contracting space.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management:

Lead commercial arrangements for various customer segments to ensure accuracy & efficiency:

• manage contract variations related to New Product Introductions, Price Reviews, and Product substitutions, discontinuations
• handle extension and expiry processes for all commercial arrangements
• maintain system activation and central contract repository logs for all commercially agreed pricing arrangements,
• maintain documentation of applicable contract and pricing correspondence, approvals and customer contact information

Contract Performance Management:

Track contract compliance to identify ways to realise contract opportunities and mitigate compliance risk:

• periodically evaluate contract performance against contract specifications,
• Contract Scorecards for presentation to senior leadership.
• Take action and/or influence commercial leads to improve contract performance and remove revenue leakage.

Contract Operations:

Maintain & Implement processes to run contract operations:

• prepare and review sales data to ensure that rebate & administration fees are accurately reported,
• Rebate tracking & engaging with Global Services to process rebates (set up, accrual adjustments, payment & closure)
• Capital Placements: compliance monitoring and collaborating closely with GS on appropriate accounting
• Technology Credits processing: accrual processing of credits & redemption
• MedTech Solutions: compliantly process contractual arrangements

Qualifications

Education:

• Degree Qualified

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• Minimum 5 years business experience
• Commercial Contact experience

Preferred:

• Degree in Business (with focus on Administration, Finance, Marketing, Procurement)
• Medical Device experience
• Proven ability to influence & shape commercial partners
• Analytical Skills
