Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a CFIN Deployment & Integration Senior Manager for North America, reporting into the CFIN & TransAct Deployment & Integration Americas Finance Director. The preferred location for this role is a key hub/office of North America (East Coast).

The Deployment and Integration Senior Manager is an integral in-region role that will drive the execution and deployment of intended SigniFi CFIN & TransAct objectives, governance, and risk & issue resolution. Key roles & responsibilities of this role are:
· Coordinating alignment with Business Implementation Leads from Commercial, SC and R&D BUF, serve as Deployment and Integration Senior Manager for the NA CFIN squad teams and future NA CFIN and TransAct deployments.
· Managing the collaboration and overall progress of functional CFIN Workstream-leads for respective release during the deployment phases – i.e. Process / Data / Technical build, and close collaboration and interaction with regional GS.
· Coordinating alignment with other SigniFi Workstreams, specifically Management reporting, alignment with planning, Tax and LE/MRC as well as with connecting with other core initiatives Transact / TranSCend for integration of plans and managing dependencies.
· Establish and guide Sustainability process for Release driving systematic approach for sustainable fixes of Data, Process and Technology issues.
· Connect with Run state teams and Pharm and Vision Teams to support transition and to leverage from previous releases.
· Monitor and consolidate project metrics across tech, data and process to manage interdependencies and risks. Lead risk assessment and coordinate mitigation across workstreams.
· Manage progress and Status meetings as well as leading the respective discussions in management and leadership updates and meetings (including prep for Tollgate meetings)
· Manage overall resource plan and SME engagement for NA.
Qualifications
· Project experience and project management experience is required
· Strong technical affinity to Financial Systems - SAP CFIN or SigniFi program experience preferred.
· Deep understanding of Financial Processes, Transactional, Reporting Processes ideally across multiple functional areas (Supply Chain / Commercial / R&D) – NA MedTech experience is preferred.
· A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance and an MBA, CPA, CMA, and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s)
· A minimum of 5 years of finance or related business experience required.
· Strong interpersonal skills, strong leadership and influencing skills are required.
· Ability to partner in a matrixed organization and strong ability to problem solve and work independently is required.
· The preferred location for this role is key hub/office of NA at the East Coast. This role may require up to 10% travel

The base pay range for this position is $113,000 - $195,500
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
