We are recruiting an IT Manager – Technical Product Owner to shape, deliver, and support the Legal technology product portfolio, vision, and roadmap!

Location: Beerse (Belgium); EMEA (Global)

Key Responsibilities: As Technical Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technology teams and business partners, fostering collaboration to deliver best-in-class solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading global technology teams on developing and delivering Legal technology solutions by working closely with business and technology partners to prioritize critical release activities.
• Product Vision and Strategy: contribute to developing the product vision, aligned with business objectives and client needs, to drive the development of innovative technology solutions.
• Agile Product Management: Embrace Agile principles and practices, lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and facilitate scrum ceremonies to ensure efficient product development and delivery.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, data analysts, and business partners to translate requirements into technical specifications and ensure successful end-to-end implementation.
• Quality Assurance: Foster best-in-class SDLC practices, ensuring all product development activities adhere to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Must haves: to be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident on your resume.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant IT experience leading technical sophisticated enterprise programs and associated teams.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)
• Strong expertise in Agile product management methodologies and tools.
• Thorough understanding of SDLC principles in validated environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Experience working on full-stack development tracks, enabling seamless communication with development teams and technical understanding of the product.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, applying Cloud-native principles to enhance product performance and security.
• Data-driven attitude, integrating data insights into product development for improved decision-making.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with UX/UI, User-Centered Design, Prototyping is preferred
