This position serves as a member of Direct to Patient/Consumer ,
Professional digital transformation to drive both patient/ consumer (Incl. ACUVUE ® user) and professional (Incl. ACUVUE ® endorser/ KOLs)
engagement as part of critical business model innovation ).
This position will be responsible for operating digital owned media platform as well as required digital
marketing t o drive brand engagement and endorsement with clear KGI/ KPI setting and strategic & executional optimization through PDCA.
Accountable business size is,more than 10M consumer session and 4K Professionals reach (currently acuvuevision.jp and Vision Pro) that will largely contribute to expand our user coverage about 40% along
with commerce with 2nd/ 3rd party data and Loyalty program (currently My ACUVUE ® P lus, need to grow 4x in 3 years under PF
As a member of DSVE, delivers Japan Vision Care’s mission of becoming THE leader and expand penetration of ACUVUE® digital experience among existing users and potential wearers as well as enhance brand credibility and endorsement among professionals to drive loyalty as J&J/ ACUVUE® under PF.
Operate professional engagement collaborated with professional affairs in line with PF policy through owned media platform management (vision.pro) as well as required digital marketing activities
Utilize engaging professional data to deliver E2E digital experience and to boost our brand awareness (J&J as ACUVUE®), credibility and endorsement
Proactive collaboration is required to closely partner with another DSVE teams like “Commerce” and “Loyalty” to provide E2E digital experience from patient/ consumer centric standpoint.
Strong partnership and leadership is required to closely collaborate with Professional affairs, Business intelligence, IT/ Technology, Brand Marketing and other required stakeholders.
Work with required digital agencies to maximize or optimize their professional capability/ skill for effective/ efficient external resource management.
Qualifications
Professional and Academic Experiences
3 years relevant digital marketing , owned media management (SEO, CMS, UI& UX design etc.etc.) for
B2B or professional business
Understanding of digital ecosystem & solution in BtoB/Professional with its benefit and conflict, and
how they connect with professionals
Experience of digital marketing and data management for healthcare/ medical industry is big plus
Experience to challenge status quo or pursuit challenging ever goal is big plus
Skills & Competencies
Extensive knowledge of owned media management professional data management and utilization,
digital analytic tool, digital marketing and technology architecture implementation
Comprehensive understanding of the digital UI & UX optimization from user standpoint to optimize
professional ’s perception, behavior, purchase and loyalty
Strong responsibility and accountability to lead and to deliver expected deliverables or results based
on clear understanding of company vision and assigned projects ’ goal & objective while engaging
team members and cross functional stakeholders
Excellent performance in objective-led and data-driven decision making
Flexible with changes and willing to learn & adapt new things / new ways of working
Ability to manage multiple tasks , budgets and resources with competing priorities in a fast paced
environment
Fluent English skills in writing, verbal communication and presentation is a plus
