Description

Responsibilities

Following company business strategy, as JJP Planning & Purchasing manager overall responsible for product reliable supply management, mapping supply outlook, represent JJP Planning & Purchasing department to communicate with internal & external JJP key stakeholders.

Responsible to review and release all JJP orders to ensure fully compliance reliable product supply

Responsible for JJP master data review and approval with JJP standard process

Responsible for all new product launches change control process

As per China GSP related regulations and JNJ business quality standards, drive the full compliance supply operations, proactively support all JJP audits (include but not limited to GSP audit)

Proactively support XJP GSP business per business needs

Foster tight collaboration with cross functional team to drive the operation & compliance continuous improvement

Provide key inputs for Business Planning, Financial cycles updates, and Long-Range capacity/financial planning.

Actively deploy the JNJ’s compliance strategy within the Planning & Purchasing and monitor the adherence

Qualifications

### Education

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry，Pharmaceutical/Medicine or related scientific discipline.

- Masters and MBA highly preferred.

### Experience and Skills

- Minimum of 8 years of related Supply Chain experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Planning experience.

- Strong background/experience in Plan processes and systems is required.

- Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP/OMP) & Advanced Planning Systems is preferred.

- Familiarity with relevant pharmaceutical legislation (e.g., GSP, Import/Export legislation, GMP, ISO requirements) is desirable.

- Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ IBF) preferred.
