[Job Summary]

Monitor Distribution, Logistics and Customer Service of 3PL Distributor service in line with contract and SLAs

Working with key internal & external stakeholders to improve business performance of the Distributor

Monitor Goods Movements and Stock Movements within the 3PL

Drive process improvements across local supply chain

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key commercial stakeholders, regional logistics

Monitor and maintain compliance to Good Distribution Practices, Health and safety, and Sarbanes Oxley requirements

[Key Responsibilities]

Monitor 3PL KPI to meet the service level agreement and report performance dashboard to management

Support operation issues and requirements from internal/external stakeholders

Report and track NC/CAPA

Monitor KPIS&NIMS operation

Conduct self-assessment to maintain J&J compliance

Lead and participate global/regional projects

Main contact point of Pharm related issues

Redressing operation process governance and management

Manage VOC (Voice of Customers) including inquiries and complaints and establish preventive action in relation to issues. Respond to customers’ and stakeholders’ inquiries from the phone or any other channel promptly

Process non-sales orders (Sample, Sample Return, Warranty, Inspection, Donation)

[Qualifications]

Bachelor’s Degree or above

+0 yrs of related experience (Majoring or experience in warehouse and distribution field & customer service is a plus)

Demonstrated knowledge and experience of warehouse and distribution

SAP WM module experience

Problem solving skill, using 6-sigma/Lean tools

Project leading capability

Customer (internal and external) driven approach

Exercises Good Judgment and Drives Change in continuous changed Regulatory environment

Strong work ethic, integrity, and respect

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
