Job Profile Summary
Provides guidance to management on Human Resources issues. Partners with the management team on multiple functions within Human Resources. At this level, the role has increased responsibilities including, but not limited to, additional skills, multiple lines, diverse teams, etc.
Job Description
Promotes excellent employee relations through accurate interpretation and administration of HR policies and programs. Assists in the implementation of HR plans and programs related to organizational design, development, and change. Provides ad hoc reporting on program effectiveness and other measurements. Implements structures and strategies to improve individual and organizational performances, and to enable the organization to accomplish its goals. Uses analytics tools to derive insights HR strategies in support of local, sector, regional and/or enterprise business goals.
Business Solutions Group delivers knowledgeable, agile, and innovative people experience solutions for complex business transformation scenarios and events through a partnership with key stakeholders. We collaborate with multiple teams across the J&J ecosystem, providing advice for employee experience services to enable business evolution.

Manage, control, and propose improvements for the various programs provided by J&J
Proposal/implementation of improvements/revisions to programs in collaboration with local, regional and global stakeholders
Manage, control and propose improvements for the HR business processes
Throughout the Business
Review of various existing processes and preparation of proposals for new processes
Creation and implementation of communications with employees
Planning and execution of improvements to existing operations
Promote cross-section/inter-departmental relationships to ensure efficient and streamlined services
Build BSG Capability
• Align and educate stakeholders on our scope and value proposition.
• Develop business proximity, influence key stakeholders and shape our PxO agenda in the search for best-in-class experiences
Establish Governance Framework
• Clear internal and external interaction model (PxO, GSHR, other functions); holding each stakeholder accountable for their share of work.
• Establish clear escalation paths between business, PxO and other functions.
- Deliver Value Added Solutions
• Facilitate the transition of PxO to a global functional model.
• Effectively manage stranded work.
• Ensure critical business transformation initiatives are delivered successfully.
• BSG as an incubator of complex solutions – We flow to the work, coordinate to design/deliver the initial solution and transfer to the rightful owner for management/further improvement.
Qualifications
<Skill Requirements>
More than 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Operations, and HR Specialist
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to prioritize under pressure and multitask within deadlines while ensuring accuracy (sense of urgency)
Ability to interpret ambiguity in a rapidly changing environment, and independently solve problems with the correct knowledge base
Ability to devise and execute proposals that logically solve problems with a correct understanding of issues
Strong communication skills, as well as ethics and morality to enable effective dialogue with stakeholders, employees, and vendors
Ability to act as a role model for teammates, whether working alone or collaborating with others
Project management experience
Able to communicate proficiently in English via email or chat
※Verbal English communication and presentation skills is a huge plus
