This position is a critical part of the U.S. Multiple Myeloma Marketing team. The individual in this position will be responsible for the development and execution of branded and disease state awareness medical education and Insight generation across DARZALEX®, TECVALI®, and TALVEY™.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Portfolio assumptions on market sizing trends and segments
- Lead coach and empower team to deliver coordinated HCP, congress and customer centric professional education strategy including speaker selection training and program execution.
- Craft future educational plans of our HCPs through development of innovative peer to peer engagement platforms.
- Build strategic and cross functional market development plans that support brand strategy while capitalizing on the power of portfolio to elevate competitiveness.
- Gather and share insights on market development opportunities and competitive landscape through advisory boards and regular interactions with thought leaders in multiple myeloma.
- Participate in integrated evidence generation teams to ensure life cycle strategies and evidence gen plans have strategic alignment with US MM portfolio needs.
- Collaborate with brand marketing functions to ensure alignment in strategy, execution and messaging to build strategic and cross functional market development plans.
- Maintain the relationship and scope of work with the medical education agency.
- Work closely with multiple functions including Brand Marketing, Sales, TLLs, US Medical Affairs, MSLs, CIS, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is preferred. A biology/scientific background is highly preferred and Oncology marketing experience is preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 8 years of business experience is required, of which, at least 4 years of demonstrated marketing experience and proven performance is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated people management experience and /or previous pharma sales or sales management experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required. Demonstrated ability to be innovative, proactive, and strong analytically with excellent overall business insight, capable of leading and prioritizing multiple priorities and have excellent overall business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment. Demonstrated ability to think strategically while having attention to detail.
- Interpersonal flexibility to effectively get along with a broad range of personnel, sophisticated communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.
This position is based in Horsham, PA and will require up to 25% travel predominantly US with limited international travel.
