Description

Know Your Supplier (KYS) Regional Lead will provide clear leadership and direction on the strategic KYS project that will drive consistency in how supplier data should be understood and used across Procurement; ensure that supplier records are created, updated, maintained, and retired in an accurate, timely and consistent manner and to make it easy to add and update supplier records. She/he will partner closely with representatives from other regions, the Program Management, and cross-functional teams (GS, JJT, Finance, Corporate Procurement) to ensure related activities are synchronized to maximize business impact. The leader will also be responsible for providing deep process expertise for supplier master record creation, updating and retirement for their region. The leader will be influencing supplier master records supporting $30B of spend with 60K ⁺ suppliers across 100 ⁺ countries

• Advocate KYS within ASPAC and through the different stages of the project.
• Keep Regional stakeholders (including global/regional LT) up-to-date with the project’s progress (execute the communication plan in collaboration with the Change and Comms Lead)
• Facilitate the identification and time-allocation of the relevant regional stakeholders needed for the various project phases (design, Build, testing)
• Provide sign-off on regional process detailed design, list of user requirements, UAT execution, go-live
• Key point of contact from the business for their region during the design, build and testing of the KYS tool and processes
• Drives end to end process design; participates in workshops to design and implement solutions
• Build collaborative partnerships and insights culture across key AP stakeholders

Qualifications

• Required Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 6-10 years of related experience
• Excellent knowledge and deep experience across supplier master processes and associated connections within Global Services Procurement
• Experience working across geographies and business sectors
• Ability to influence cross-functionally within Global Services Procurement
• Collaborative leader with a strong drive to create a positive and inspiring work environment, especially during times of change
• Embodies strong interpersonal, consultative, communication and facilitation skills
• Experience with de-centralized processes and systems preferred
• Creative, flexible and adaptable leader with an agile and continuous improvement mindset that thrives in a fast-pace, multi-faced and dynamic work environment
