The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group, part of the Medical Tech sector within Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Contracts & Business Analyst Co-Op, supporting the AcclarentContracts, Compliance and Customer Supporting Team in Irvine California.
The Cardiovascular & Specialty Solutions (CSS) Group consists of four diverse businesses including Acclarent, Biosense Webster (BWI), CERENOVUS, and Mentor. The CSS Group serves a diverse base of customers in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT), Electrophysiology (EP), Neurovascular, and Surgical and Non-Surgical Aesthetics.
The AnalyticsTeam enables best in class patient, customer and stakeholder support through the development, design, execution, implementation, training,and administration of commercial analytics requests and providing support and development of business intelligence software in support of the following functional area: Compensation, Contracts, Sales, Marketing, HCC and Finance. in support of Acclarent U.S. customer-facing teams. Proactively collaborates within Commercial Operations and across commercial and finance teams to identify areas of improvements to aid in the dissecting and interpretation of data.
·Utilize visualization tools (Power BI, QLIK Sense, Tableau,etc.) to tell concise stories related to contract compliance and customer account sales performance.
·Review and process data to eliminate and/or correct errors·Leverage tools to Extract, Transform and Load data into various platforms for analysis and reporting (MSSQL, DBeaver, Power Query, etc.)
·Create AD Hoc Reports for various stakeholders·Create reports that identify patterns and trends.
·Routinely monitor emails and reports for issues, and when notified by stakeholder’s of issues quickly determine root cause and work to update/implement permanent solutions.
·Review and apply business rules in nested formulas, logic, and automated processes.
.·Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
·A concentration in Business,Business Analytics,Data Scienceor Statistics is preferred.
·Strong quantitative and analytics skills.
·Strong computer skills; (Excel,Word, PowerPoint, SharePointand Access).
·Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and querying software
·Strong interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
·Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
·Ability to work in a team environment and handle conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
·Interested in learning new things and comfortable taking the initiative to seek out projects or new areas of responsibility
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $21.00 and $32.00, but will be based on candidate’s program year, discipline, degree and/or experience.
