We are searching the best talent for the “Field Support Joints” to be in Santiago, Chile.


You will lead the execution of marketing strategies for the Hips and Knees Platform focusing on customer needs while achieving market share and profitability growths. The business is well supported by an innovation pipeline and local marketing support.

Reporting to the Platform Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for deploy strategies and tactics to the sales team based upon market input while taking initiative to highlight opportunities and activate them within the portfolio. You will be adept at building strong relationships with key stakeholders with a strong affinity to develop market analysis, market and customer insights to enable the achievement of marketing/sales performance objectives to accelerate long-term growth outlook.

You will be responsible for:

  • Meet sales objectives and expand Chile's market share.
  • Support the commercial team in the implementation of commercial and marketing strategies.
  • Execute and implements Marketing and Market Development strategies that have an impact on business outcomes.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clinicians, demonstrating the correct use of the products.
  • Promote and coordinates Vocational Training activities for the purpose of enhancing the knowledge of health professionals.
  • Conduct customer visits to collect information on orders and market conditions, determine customer requirements, and recommend new products to meet them.
  • Carry out contractual tasks and/or bid management.
  • Analyze and support S&OP purchasing forecasts for account-based business planning.
  • Collect customer feedback and product sales data,and formulate enhancement plans.
  • Providing data on consumers, promotional programs, and market shifts, as well as suggestions for enhancing product performance in the marketplace.
  • Interact with the sales force to enhance the performance of the product and the company on the local market by providing ongoing training to the sales force and clients.

The candidate must be innovative and proactive with overall business acumen. Must be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple priorities along the entire Country. Interpersonal flexibility to effectively interact with a broad range of personnel.


- Bachelor’s Degree

- Experience: More than 3 years of experience in sales environment and marketing

- English level: Intermediate – Advance

- Availability to work in hospital environment.

- Availability to work in the field.

- Ability to analyze market information and bring relevant information to related areas

- Good communication skills

- Own vehicle and driver's license
