We’re on the search for a strategic and innovative marketer to elevate Johnson & Johnson‘s admired brand as the employer of choice in the competitive talent market.

This role is responsible for crafting content that will generate emotions, build equity for Johnson & Johnson as an employer, empower and engage with prospect talent throughout the hiring funnel.

What You Will Do

1.      Develop brand-centric marketing strategies

  • Build out Johnson and Johnson’s employer brand strategy to differentiate the company among prospect candidates including university, experience, and executive talent.
  • Define the marketing strategy to drive a cohesive and compelling digital experience, including social, online, CRM as well as physical, including events and face-to-face interactions.
  • Partner with Global Corporate Affairs and recruitment marketing teams.

2.      Develop outstanding, digital-centric brand storytelling & content

  • Own the development of campaigns and content for top of the funnel lead generation, pipeline building and targeted nurtured campaigns. Lead all aspects of development and implementation of global social media efforts and development of campaign toolkits for regional teams.
  • Be on top of emerging marketing trends and experiment with the latest marketing tactics. Establish a test-and-learn, data-driven and continuous improvement marketing culture.
  • Conduct planning sessions with Global Sector Recruitment Heads, work with regional marketing team, internal partners, team members and agencies to drive creative excellence. Lead in-house agency and LinkedIn partnership.

3.      Lead University recruitment marketing efforts

  • Explore new ways to connect with this multifaceted target audience to break through the clutter
  • Collaborate with University recruiting team, media and creative agency to develop marketing strategy, campaign strategy and creative assets. Provide execution guidance to regional teams.

4.      Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and implement CRM strategy to support hiring needs: joint goal setting and action planning, insight development, segmentation and CRM calendar.
  • Lead content creation with agency and internal partners to strengthen talent pipeline.
  • Measure results, evolve strategy and execution.

5.      Performance measurement and data analytics

  • Continuously optimize and operationalize our performance measurement dashboard to enable full-funnel measurement. Regularly report on marketing programs performance and recommend how to improve return on investment and results.
  • Establish digital key performance indicators, lead real-time analytics & performance measurement providing insights on what’s working and what’s not. Recommend and act on improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with digital technology team and external analytics partners to ensure appropriate measurement and metrics are in place to measure content and campaigns effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is preferred
  • 8+ years of business experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in developing brand centric-digital strategies and implementing in a similar brand leadership role, preferably with a range of industry experience and cross-functional management.
  • Able to understand the target audience and translate insights into action to drive performance.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and several channels work together to optimize consideration and conversion strongly preferred.
  • Consistent track record implementing digital marketing strategies such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing.
  • Ability to influence across all levels of the organization, successfully navigate a matrix environment and collaborate with functional teams and external partners such as creative agencies.
  • Acute attention to detail and have a high bar for quality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, communications, and consulting abilities.
  • Team-player, willing and eager to work in a hands-on capacity

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
