Job Description

We are searching for a Finance Intern to join our Invoice to Cash – ANZ Collections team from mid January to early May 2024. If you are strong in critical thinking, self-motivated and detail oriented, then we invite you to embark on an exciting internship journey with us!

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support in account reconciliation of payments/credits on the account and perform research from the mailbox for any related documentation from customer/sales/customer service
  • Drive process improvement initiatives by collaborating with colleagues and team members to ease the collections process pain points
  • Support the team for adhoc requests coming from commercial teams (e.g. Letter Distributions, Urgent SOA, Invoice Requests from customers)
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager


  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
  • Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
