Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about creating best-in-class industry processes and being a part of an agile team. This is a highly visible position in supporting our growing HR operational needs and will have exposure to immigration, benefits, data analytics, engagement, and on/off-boarding activities. This incredible opportunity will provide a chance for learning and growth in the HR field.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations
  • Responsible for timely and accurate administration of HR data and reporting
  • Conduct audits of personnel records or other projects as needed and recommend corrective actions
  • Support system and process projects including implementation and documentation
  • Assist with benefit enrollments, reconciliations, and communication
  • Partner with an external immigration attorney to ensure all immigration cases are filed and processed accurately and timely
  • Participate in the ongoing development and administration of all HR programs
  • Promotes a culture of compliance and high business ethical standards
  • Keeps abreast of HR trends and regulatory changes that affect the business
  • Champion of corporate values
  • Other HR duties as requested by management
  • Hiring (sourcing of resumes, interacting with the agency, following up with the candidate, scheduling of interviews etc.)
  • Other core HR activities (Payroll, Comp & benefits analysis, policies, compliance etc.)
  • On-boarding of candidates
  • Supporting the general admin work (security, house keeping, POs etc.)

What you'll have:

  • 7-10 years of HR Generalist experience
  • BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related fields a plus
  • Experience with analytics and HR systems (i.e. ADP, HRIS, Perf Mgmt…etc.)
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and deal with issues that may not have processes or systems in place
  • Service-oriented, self-motivated, and possesses a positive attitude
  • Ability to handle a high level of confidential information
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions, process improvements, and people

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with immigration
  • HRCI or SHRM certifications are a plus
