Role Overview:

We are looking for a Silicon Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience in backend silicon development.

What you'll be doing:

As part of this position, your responsibilities will involve driving the physical implementation of ASICs with external ASIC vendors and internal teams.
Active collaboration with technical leads to drive design integrity checks, synthesis, static timing analysis, and power analysis
Working with vendors to drive physical implementation activities including DFT, and post-silicon activities including ATE testing, Characterization, and Qualification
Identify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior management
Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high-quality physical implementation
Drive silicon and IP partners to ensure high-quality and on-time deliverables

What you'll have:

10+ years of hands-on experience in SOC/ASIC physical implementation
Experience managing physical implementation internally or with external vendors
Experience working with teams across multiple locations
Own project development using well-defined metrics
Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinking
Experience working on Jira, Confluence, Project Management tools such as Smartsheets, MS Projects

Nice-to-haves:

Functional lead in physical implementation of ASIC development
Familiarity with developing automotive-grade silicon with AEC-Q100 qualification and ISO 26262 functional safety
