Role Overview:
We are looking for a Silicon Technical Program Manager with hands-on experience in silicon development

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive silicon projects end-to-end. From the definition to architecture to productization
  • Utilize your silicon and program management skills to collaborate with technical leads
  • Identify and prioritize project risks and impacts. Drive escalation to senior management
  • Drive closure on technical issues and development roadblocks to ensure high quality and on-time silicon that meets the requirements
  • Effectively communicate program risks/status regularly to key stakeholders
  • Drive silicon and IP partners to ensure high quality and on-time deliverables

What you'll have:

  • SoC/ASIC Architecture, design, implementation, or validation experience
  • 10+ years experience in silicon/ASIC design management or program management
  • Experience dealing with ambiguity during the definition phase
  • Multiple success in managing silicon from concept to productization
  • Experience working with teams across multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Own project development using well-defined metrics
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, proactive while demonstrating creative & critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
