Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

Classified capabilities are the heart of Anduril’s ability to execute on our mission across all levels of the government at a pace that sets us apart from competitors. Operating in classified environments poses a myriad of challenges to developmental pace and production resiliency that require a deep knowledge of the infrastructure and approval process to streamline effectively.

The Operations team is a team of generalists who enable the company to scale through hyper-growth while breaking through institutional roadblocks as quickly as possible. We’re looking for someone to help us build out the backbone of our classified capabilities structure that enables the business to succeed from rapid development to production at-rate.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Build out and run structure of the classified capabilities machine for our organization, enabling rapid bring-up of new facilities and networks while ensuring world-class uptime through stable sustainment.
  • Organize and manage the business’s classified infrastructure ensuring networks and facilities exist when and where they’re needed so our engineering teams can design and test our technologies.
  • Support our division operations teams by solidifying requirements intake proactively, being creative to get ahead of needs rather than being reactive.
  • Manage large scale real estate investments strategy supporting classified work.
  • Support internal operations like facility expansion planning.
  • Support M&A integrations ensuring not only the technologies but also the people, processes, and systems are integrated into the Anduril ecosystem.
  • Execute on special projects across industrial security, infosec, finance, real estate, and other business infrastructure as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • You have 4+ years of varied experience in an operating role at a high-growth technology company, starting a venture, or in finance or consulting.
  • You have 2+ years of experience standing up classified environments from retrofits to new-build and accreditation.
  • You’re both high ownership and low ego, approaching everything with strong outcome orientation and high humility.
  • You are self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t need someone to tell you to “move”. You just move. We’d rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up.
  • You love solving complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a people-centric way.
  • You have an appetite to build clear frameworks to structure problems.
  • You’re discerning and an incredibly fast learner.
  • You’re tactical and dive into the problem to solve the conflict at the root and develop long-term corrective actions.
  • You are comfortable communicating broadly and having a lot of eyes on your work. This role can at-times require comms to large groups and senior leadership. This should excite you!
  • Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
