As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Mission Systems Division develops, produces, and deploys the best-in-class senor systems and other mission-enabling payloads operating across the electro-magnetic spectrum to provide superior battlespace awareness across all relevant domains, platforms and missions for the US and our allies. The mission systems product portfolio spans across imaging systems, radars, software define radios, electromagnetic warfare systems, and C2 software across terrestrial, air, and space applications.
ABOUT THE JOB
As a member of the Division Operations team, you will work directly with the Mission Systems Division Leadership team to build and run business operations across the division and cross functional partners. You will report to the Head of Operations for the Anduril Mission Systems Division but work directly with teams across Anduril corporate (finance, etc.) to support business operations. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact strategic projects.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Project manage across many stakeholders. If you don’t like being the person leading meetings with large groups of people or managing large Slack channels to wrangle stakeholders towards a solution, this may not be the role for you
- Coordinate and prepare for executive leadership meetings, including setting agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Combination ability to execute on a tactical level as well as put together a strategy to solve complex, ambiguous, cross-functional problems. You can dive deep into executing operational tasks that require high attention to detail and high organization skills, but you can also zoom out at a 30,000 foot level to create a strategy that solves high level problems for the org and the company.
