ABOUT THE TEAM:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in the implementation and ongoing success of our Oracle Fusion ERP application and related integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical and functional expertise, with a particular focus on Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other operations-related modules. Additionally, experience with Functional Setup Manager (FSM) and resolving issues related to product management and finance configurations will be critical.

WHAT YOU"LL DO:
- Conduct regular system health checks to ensure scheduled jobs, FBDI loads, and OTBI/BIP reports are optimized.
- Maintain administrator profile values and environment sizing parameters (e.g., ESS job threads) and ensure they are configured appropriately for the environment based on user and transaction volume.
- Extensive experience with scheduled jobs and file import/export functionality.
Backend Expertise

- Manage and optimize queries to Oracle Fusion ERP's backend tables.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
API and Integration

- Oversee the implementation and management of Oracle Fusion APIs.
- Assist developers in associating API endpoints with specific backend Oracle Fusion tables and columns.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion and other systems.
Data Import and Reporting

- Manage and optimize File-Based Data Import (FBDI) processes for SCM, Financials, and other modules.
- Develop and maintain FBDI templates and troubleshoot import issues.
- Manage and optimize Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) processes.
- Develop and maintain Public View Objects (PVOs) for both BIP and OTBI reporting and integration purposes.
- Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing PVOs in custom development.
Functional Setup Manager (FSM)

- Utilize FSM to configure and manage Oracle Fusion ERP applications and move configurations between dev/test and prod environments.
- Address and resolve problematic configurations, particularly related to DTB items and financial modules such as Projects, General Ledger (GL), and Purchase Orders (POs).
Performance Tuning and Quality Assurance

- Monitor and optimize database performance.
- Implement indexing strategies and query optimization techniques.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Identify and resolve defects, ensuring high-quality system performance.
Technical Expertise and Support

- Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with developers to design and implement custom applications and integrations.
Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with ERP analysts, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Communicate system changes and updates to relevant teams.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to align on objectives and deliverables.
- Maintain a “work in public” philosophy to prevent siloed conversations or implementation efforts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (not EBS), with a strong focus on backend administration and functional responsibilities.
- Experience working in Oracle Fusion ERP environments for publicly traded companies.
- Experience in navigating SOX compliance policies and ensure they are satisfied as part of IPO readiness.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion's backend tables, views, APIs, and FBDI processes.
- Expertise in BICC and PVO development and management.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
- Ability to work in-office part time and willingness to travel up to 25%.
PREFERRED QULIFICATIONS:
- Oracle Certified Master (OCM) in Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
- Experience in manufacturing-focused ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with cloud development and CI/CD pipelines.
- Advanced skills in OTBI and BI Publisher, including custom report development and dashboards.
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
