Director of Growth, Connected Warfare
Sales & Business Development
Brussels, Belgium
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.
About The Team
Anduril's Growth organization identifies, shapes, captures, and grows new opportunities for the company.
This role sits within the Connected Warfare Division. Connected Warfare builds the software and hardware substrate for global, multi-domain command and control — joint, time-sensitive, connected mesh ecosystems that link every robot, human, and sensor across every domain to close kill chains and enable mission autonomy. The division includes the Voyager team, which delivers ruggedised computing and communications platforms for the network edge.
About the Job
- This is a sales role. You are here to hunt and close new business for Connected Warfare across Europe and the Middle East.
- Based in continental Europe, you'll report to the Head of Growth for Anduril's International Connected Warfare business. You carry initial responsibility for the region, with scope to expand as the business scales.
- European defence environments come with sovereign requirements, legacy architectures, and security constraints. You will know these pain points cold and demonstrate how Anduril integrates with — and supercharges — the systems customers already operate.
- The work is matrixed: you'll pull on programs, engineering, capture, software, finance, partners, and customers to win. The deliverable is unambiguous: pipeline, partners, and signed contracts. This is an individual-contributor role — no direct reports. Your impact is measured in the business you build and the contracts you close.
What You’ll Do
- Drive go-to-market. Stand up and execute the Connected Warfare growth strategy across Europe and the Middle East. Identify, qualify, shape, and close complex opportunities with Allied nations, navigating international procurement cycles and sovereign requirements to secure long-term programs of record.
- Generate and capture new business. Run a dual-track motion: hunt and close net-new customers across the region while partnering with delivery teams to scale and expand current contracts.
- Map customer requirements. Build a working understanding of regional defence requirements, security constraints, and legacy architectures. Show how Anduril's open architecture integrates with sovereign systems to solve real operational problems.
- Build and manage the regional channel. Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, and European primes. Coordinate with Anduril's Global Defense team on teaming agreements that accelerate adoption.
- Run the internal matrix. Maintain close working relationships across business line and division leadership, growth, programs, engineering, and corporate functions to shape opportunities and unblock execution.
- Deliver the number. Hit financial performance targets and build the multi-year plan to back them up. Provide leadership with long-term growth and product strategy for Connected Warfare in region.
- Inform product. Translate region-specific mission profiles, sovereign cloud requirements, and degraded-network realities back into the product roadmap.
- Represent Anduril. Communicate technical and operational value to senior military officials, procurement officers, and partners — articulating how Lattice-enabled C2 closes kill chains in contested environments.
Growth Activities
- Use Salesforce as the system of record — accounts, pricing, points of contact, expected close dates, and all customer activity
- Partner with Sales Engineering to refine customer solutions
- Perform live and static demonstrations on-site or via VTC
- Create and deliver client presentations and proposals tailored to specific customer needs
- Identify regional contract vehicles (e.g. NATO frameworks, national procurement programmes) and lead proposal development
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in defence, dual-use, or enterprise networking sales, with at least 5 years closing business with European government and military customers
- A proven hunter: documented record of identifying, qualifying, and closing complex deals with European Ministries of Defence (MoDs), NATO bodies, or coalition partners — opened the door, shaped the requirement, closed the contract
- Deep familiarity with European defence procurement cycles, budgeting, and sovereign security frameworks
- Ability to quickly master highly technical concepts (mesh networking, edge compute, C2, cloud architecture) and credibly brief senior military and technical leaders
- A builder with high agency: has stood up a regional pipeline, country, or business line from a standing start — not just managed an existing book. Owns outcomes, prioritizes ruthlessly, operates well in greenfield environments
- Operates effectively in a matrixed organization — partners well with BL leadership, engineering, capture, and corporate functions. Low ego, high collaboration
- Demonstrated experience building and managing a regional channel — resellers, system integrators, and prime partnerships
- Strong command of capture management or an equivalent enterprise sales pursuit methodology
- Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills
- Native or fluent English; a second European language (Dutch, German, French) or Arabic is a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 50% across Europe and the Middle East
- Right to work in the EU; eligible to obtain and maintain EU and/or NATO-level security clearances
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior operational or industry experience in C4ISR, JADC2, or tactical communications — including service in an allied military, intelligence, or government digital/IT function
- Established network within European military headquarters, defence procurement agencies, and European defence primes
- Experience supporting export-controlled programs (US ITAR / EAR, UK Export Control, EU dual-use) and navigating sovereign data residency / cloud hosting regulations
- Experience standing up a new sales region for a defence-tech or enterprise networking company
