  • Work closely with the Fleet Management team to schedule repairs, track vehicle status across multiple locations, and ensure minimal downtime.

  • Manage the end-to-end parts lifecycle, including sourcing, inventory tracking, and managing lead times to ensure critical components are always available.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors for routine service and specialized repairs. Handle negotiations, manage procurement payments, and oversee vendor performance.

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests, work orders, and maintenance logs with high attention to detail.

  • Monitor service metrics and develop daily plans based on vehicle availability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor, or Parts Advisor in an automotive workshop or dealership environment.

  • Experience in warehouse or workshop facility management, including inventory control and equipment procurement.

  • A safety-first mindset and meticulous attention to operational detail and documentation.

  • Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced technical environment using dashboards, logs, and internal tools.

  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills, with the ability to manage third-party vendors and internal stakeholders under time-sensitive conditions.

  • Native level in Japanese and conversational level of Japanese

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Fleet Management Systems (e.g., Fleetio) or Inventory Management Software.

  • Experience with software tools like Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

  • Prior experience with Autonomous Vehicles (AV) or high-tech automotive projects.

  • Prior coordination or dispatcher experience in field/service operations.

  • Basic understanding of software deployments, telemetry, and vehicle health monitoring systems.
