About the role
We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People team and support our growing EMEA organization. This is an early-career role built for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a world-class People function operates at one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the world.
You will be a key point of contact for employees across the region—owning the day-to-day administration of benefits, employment documents, and contracts, while also helping to build the kind of culture and community that makes Applied Intuition a place people are proud to work. If you are early in your career and want a front-row seat to how a $15 billion company operates across Europe, this is the role for you.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and working closely with providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for the work that actually moves the needle
Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant at all times
Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region, making sure every employee has a smooth and well-organized experience from day one
Plan and execute team events, office activations, and company-wide culture initiatives across our EMEA offices
Drive culture projects and help build a strong sense of community across a distributed, fast-growing team
Partner with the broader global People team to roll out programs and initiatives, providing regional context and ensuring local relevance
Identify process improvements and help build scalable People operations as our EMEA team continues to grow
We’re looking for someone who has:
2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
Hands-on experience with Workday—you know how to navigate it confidently and keep data clean and accurate
Outstanding attention to detail, especially when it comes to documents, contracts, and data
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
A proactive, can-do attitude—you spot what needs to be done and you do it
Genuine interest in people, culture, and building great employee experiences
Native-level German and fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
Nice to have:
Experience supporting benefits administration across multiple European countries
Exposure to a fast-paced, high-growth technology or start-up environment
Experience planning and executing company events or culture programs
