About the role

As a Brand Designer, you will be responsible for evolving and executing Applied’s brand language across a wide range of touchpoints, both internally and externally. From branding physical touchpoints like a booth at CES or an entire conference event (eg. Nexus 22), to digital touchpoints like our website or sales presentations and business reports, you'll have a diversity of medium and audience. You will collaborate closely with Design, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.

At Applied, you will:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, such as landing pages, newsletters/emails, print booklets, event booths with physical signage, videos, and more
  • Create original 3D brand imagery for Applied’s blog and website
  • Proactively drive the evolution of Applied’s brand, website, and design system
  • Manage and improve presentation resources for our global sales team
  • Assist executives and team members with producing communications for internal and external audiences with critical business implications (eg. board meetings, sales, etc.)

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of brand or visual design experience
  • Proficiency in standard creative software (Adobe tools, Figma) and the ingenuity to use unfamiliar tools to hack together a solution when needed
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments and delivering on tight deadlines (eg. within the hour)
  • Strong critical thinking and design rationale

Nice to have:

  • 3D skills (Dimension, Spline, Blender, Cinema4D, etc.)
  • Animation and video editing skills (After Effects, Keynote, Descript, etc.)
  • Art direction experience

The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
