Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive business-critical multi-disciplinary engineering projects from concept through execution. This role will leverage strong leadership, communication, planning, and engineering skills to help us manage the increased complexity of our releases and customer requests. This position will report to our Head of Engineering and work cross-functionally across all teams: Customers, Engineering, Product Management, Design, Sales, Business Development, etc.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Manage tracking and planning of customer requests, then collaborate with our engineering teams to ensure that we always deliver
  • Track all outstanding QA issues and partner with our QA team to ensure that they are resolved
  • Help drive engineering execution by highlighting priorities and risks, removing roadblocks, and maintaining clear communication internally
  • Coordinate with various teams across Applied Intuition to move projects forward
  • Support communication with customers via progress updates, presentations, and meetings

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 2+ years of TPM experience at a fast-paced company
  • B.S./B.A. in a technical field or experience in AV industry
  • Worked with commercially available tools (JIRA, etc.)
  • Proven ability to execute thoughtfully and efficiently, with a “no task is too big or too small” mindset to get the job done
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Prior experience managing complex releases

The salary range for this position is $115,000 - $222,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
