About the role

We are hiring a recruiting lead for our EMEA region, permanently based out of Munich. This is our first recruiting hire in Europe, so we are seeking an experienced recruiter who is excited to support all facets of our growing business and is capable of building systems from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious & startup-minded person who wants to experience non-linear growth by joining a top company very early and building it to a successful exit.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
  • Partner with local hiring managers in building Applied Intuition's recruiting systems in EMEA
  • Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles
  • Become an expert in the autonomous vehicle industry and be our external representative for talent
  • Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts
  • Program manage projects related to recruiting optimization

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Agency and in-house experience
  • Experience working in the autonomy or automotive domains
  • Startup experience
