Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.

About the role

In Strategic Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial strategy and decision-making processes of our company. You are hungry and motivated to learn while gaining hands-on experience across Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Business Operations (Biz Ops), and M&A. You will work closely with our entire finance team along with cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Legal to support critical financial decisions and analyses.

At Applied, you will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key financial and operational metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive business performance
  • Lead the preparation of financial KPIs and dashboards to build useful and insightful financial reporting from Board-level to team-level projects
  • Support financial and business operations by identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Assist in evaluating potential M&A and strategic partnerships, including conducting due diligence and financial analyses
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed to support the finance team and company's strategic objectives

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or related field
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, high growth technology company and/or related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and accountability

The salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $400,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.
