Please note that we are an in-office company, which means the expectation is that you would come in to your Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and ambitious Onboarding Coordinator to join the Applied Intuition team. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire People team infrastructure from the ground up. This role will provide you with an expanding set of responsibilities in a high growth and fast-paced environment. As an Onboarding Coordinator you'll lead the optimization of our HR systems, ensuring scalable processes are in place with data accuracy needed for strategic decision-making.
You will report to the Head of People and Places, while partnering closely with members across our Finance, Legal, I.T., and Executive teams. You will be in a uniquely strategic, data-driven, and operational role.
At Applied Intuition, you will:
- Manage the full end-to-end global onboarding program
- Redesign existing onboarding resources such as user manuals, trainings, and presentations
- Create content, schedule and lead weekly company-wide training sessions for new hire cohorts
- Coach new managers and mentor ICs on how to technically and culturally onboard new hires
- Support the development of new team-specific onboarding programs with technical experts
- Scale processes through designing new automations to remove manual steps within the program
- Project plan and execute changes to the program based on feedback from new hires and stakeholders
- Coordinate all parts of the onboarding process with multiple teams such as IT, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Triage and problem solve any onboarding-related issues or questions
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in a People or HR-related role
- Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with senior leadership and management
- A proactive approach to problem-solving: You don’t just spot gaps; you fill them
Nice to have:
- People Operations experience
- Fluency in our People tech stack: Google Apps, Slack, Jira
- Experience in program management and optimizing operations
Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits. Base salary is a single component of the total compensation package, which may also include equity in the form of options and/or restricted stock units, comprehensive health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance coverage, 401k retirement benefits with employer match, learning and wellness stipends, and paid time off. Note that benefits are subject to change and may vary based on jurisdiction of employment.
Applied Intuition pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum intended target base salary for new hire salaries for the position. The actual base salary offered to a successful candidate will additionally be influenced by a variety of factors including experience, credentials & certifications, educational attainment, skill level requirements, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
Please reference the job posting’s subtitle for where this position will be located. For pay transparency purposes, the base salary range for this full-time position in the location listed is: $85,000 to $110,000 USD annually.
