- Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams to support mobility issues (short- and long-term employee relocations, business travel, and cross-border taxation)
- Manage IPO equity processes: coordinate with external advisors, support S-1 drafting, and ensure public company readiness for equity administration
- Administer and track secondary sales transactions, including approvals and documentation
- Educate employees on equity compensation, including tax implications and exercise procedures
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve equity-related issues
- Develop and implement best practices, policies, and controls for a public company environment

- 5+ years of stock administration experience, including at least one IPO from private to public company
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and international equity plans, including options, RSUs, and secondary transactions
- Experience upgrading or migrating equity management platforms (e.g., from Carta to Equity Edge or similar)
- Strong understanding of global mobility issues, including cross-border taxation and compliance
- Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional and global teams
- CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation preferred
- Experience educating employees and executives on equity compensation
Nice to have:
- Experience with M&A or other complex equity transactions
- Familiarity with SOX/internal controls for public companies
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce
