About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Program Manager to own the strategy and execution of Applied Intuition’s recruiting analytics and insights function. In this role, you’ll design the systems, frameworks, and communications that enable data-driven recruiting at scale. You’ll define how metrics are tracked, insights are delivered, and leadership decisions are informed—building the backbone for operational excellence across the recruiting organization.

You’ll operate as both a technical builder and strategic communicator—creating dashboards and data pipelines while also packaging insights into leadership-facing narratives. This is a highly visible role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and executive influence.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Define and own the multi-year roadmap for recruiting analytics, dashboards, and reporting systems
  • Build recruiter performance dashboards to track core productivity metrics and adoption
  • Develop and maintain company-level dashboards for leadership visibility and strategic planning
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across ATS, sourcing, and reporting systems through strong integrations and governance
  • Collect, standardize, and analyze interview and pipeline data for compliance and insight generation
  • Publish recurring analytics and dashboards on Confluence to enable cross-company visibility
  • Prepare leadership presentations that highlight progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Generate recurring reports on hiring velocity, pipeline health, and quality metrics
  • Conduct trend analysis on market data, pass-through rates, and recruiter output to identify patterns and opportunities
  • Provide actionable recommendations to inform strategy, resource allocation, and program prioritization

We're looking for someone who has:

  • 8+ years of experience in recruiting analytics, program management, or operations in high-growth or enterprise environments
  • Proven ability to design and scale dashboarding and reporting systems that drive adoption and impact
  • Technical fluency in data flows, systems integration, and reporting tools (ATS, APIs, visualization platforms)
  • Strong executive communication skills—able to distill complexity into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption and behavioral change across recruiting or operations teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience with recruiting analytics platforms and advanced visualization tools
  • Background in compliance, audit, or data governance for recruiting or HR systems
  • Experience scaling analytics across multiple geographies or business units

The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $180,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.

Don’t meet every single requirement? If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
