Job Description:
As an AI Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of defining and executing our AI product strategy. You will interact closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including engineers, data scientists, designers, and sales and marketing functions, to bring our AI vision to life and deliver transformative AI solutions to our industrial customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our AI products meet customer needs, drive business growth, and stay ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI product strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals in bringing AI transformation to important industries.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the AI space.
  • Customer Insights: Interact with customers, gather and analyze feedback, requirements, and pain points to inform AI product development.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage the AI product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and business needs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful development and launch of AI products.
  • Product Development: Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI initiatives.
  • Product Launch: Lead the go-to-market strategy for AI products, including pricing, positioning, and marketing efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor product performance, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
  • Feedback Loop: Maintain a feedback loop with stakeholders and customers to continuously improve AI products.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Ensure that AI products comply with relevant regulations and ethical considerations, including data privacy and bias mitigation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • At least 5 years of Product Management experience, with a track record of successfully launching and managing AI products.
  • Experience building product UI and UX in collaboration with design team.
  • In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a keen sense of user experience.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional team environment.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
