Position Description

This role consists of business strategy development, emerging capabilities opportunities, and digital transformation. It will drive the technology strategy, planning, governance, and capability roadmap of multiple platforms. This includes but is not limited to the following technologies: Salesforce Service, ServiceNow, Genesys Cloud, Celonis, Analytics Data Hub and multiple AI solution sets.

This strong digital leader will understand industry trends, customer demands, and driving an environment of experimentation on high-value opportunities. This position will continually engage functional leaders and will help develop Corporate Technology as a strategic advantage and enabler of digital leadership.

In close partnership with Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS), this role will envision future state opportunities to drive efficiencies, effectiveness and the user experience (3 E’s) for the J&J enterprise by consolidating and optimizing multiple service activities. This role will help identify, influence and deploy incremental technology solutions in support of our Global Services scope expansion strategy.

Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate shall provide strategic direction for critical CBT platforms supporting Global Services and the J&J employee population. The candidate will be responsible for the analysis, business case development and execution of the Reimagine AskGS program, which is the focus on defining the future state CRM solution for our internal employees. This will require leading a team through a detailed analysis of market leading solutions, fit for purpose assessment for the future state needs of Global Services, leadership recommendations and influencing leadership throughout program execution.

The role will have one direct report initially, which is expected to grow in size and scope by year end. The candidate will need to inform and influence well beyond the CBT organization, expanding to Technology Services (TS), Information Security and Risk Management (ISRM), Global Services, etc. The candidate shall ensure all solution development occurs within the framework of the JJT High Performing Teams (HPT) model, inclusive of the Agile methodology. The candidate will influence key business partners in support of this program and ways of working.

The candidate will manage all communication regarding platform strategy updates and progress to senior management, project sponsors, and other key partners, and addressing any expectations, concerns, feedback or questions.

This position will also have oversight of the CBT support for the Global Services Scope Expansion strategy. As GS identifies disjoint or sub-optimal business processes at J&J, they will create a strategy to consolidate the business service and drive cost and user experience improvements. These will often include deploying technology solutions for which this candidate will have direct oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related degree. Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of related technology and/or Global Business Services experience is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce or ServiceNow products strongly preferred. Advanced knowledge of CRM tools required.
  • Intelligent automation and reporting & analytics experience preferred.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Agile development methodology is preferred.
  • Demonstrable experience leading diverse global teams for program/project implementation, deployment and product management required.
  • Strong decision-making, consulting, & executive level business communication and presentation skills required.
  • Collaborative spirit that leads and influences teams and partners to experiment with technology and establish shared platforms to drive business results required.

At times, this position may require up to 25% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,00 to $235,750.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
