1. Principal Duties and Responsibilities (General Summary , essential functions and authorities, etc.)

 Implement Deliver China strategies to manage warehouse for Medical Device
 Build up effective connection with internal stakeholders, to understand the business needs and fulfill unmet business request with end to end and growth mindset
 Ensure smooth operations in warehouse, to fulfill the request from the internal and external customers with excellent order processing under clear KPIs defined (OTIF-D, etc.)
 Ensure the high level of productivity and the optimized utilization of manpower, space, equipment and materials
 Capacity analysis and operational insights in S&OP review with internal key stakeholders, be responsible for logistics planning in warehouse
 All type customer orders’ handling and service complaint handling
 3PL Management with all KPIs’ owner
 Budget control for warehouse activities, identify & deliver cost improvement program, ensure better cost-to-serve continuously
 Be responsible for operational compliance management (EHSS, Quality, regulatory and SOX)
 Coach and develop the warehouse operation team onsite. Set high performance bar and improve performance to ensure team members are qualified and competent
 To implement other jobs required by the line manager

 Complete adherence to local legislation and guidelines and implementation of company policies and procedures
 Cross function collaboration to ensure a high level customer satisfaction
 Keep documentation for warehouse operation and service complaint handling per GOP/SOP

Qualifications

Basic Requirement, including Education and/or Knowledge and/or Training and/or key Relevant Experience required.

- Experience

Rich job experience in warehouse management, including automation, efficiency improvement, etc
Experience in Healthcare industry and MD&D industry is preferred
Several years of experience in people management
Fluent English communication in both oral and writing
Solid project management experience is highly preferred

- Education

College degree, preferably with background in SCM
