Job Overview:
Ø Based on business strategy and talent development strategy, design and implement performance-oriented learning and development projects (Sales / MKT / Talent learning and development projects) to enhance the professional competitiveness of business teams and accelerate talent development.
Ø Optimize E-learning platform to continuously improve training efficiency and learner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Ø Define the capacity development opportunities of sales teams through stakeholder interview, survey, or other diversified working methods.
Ø Based on AP and business strategy and focused capacity development opportunities, leverage internal and external resources, design and implement Sales/MKT/Talent learning and development projects to enhance the professional competitiveness of business teams and accelerate talent development.
Ø Be responsible for the E-learning platform operation in an innovative way to improve training efficiency and learner experience
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor's degree or above
Ø More than 5 years of related business or training experience. Sales management and RPM experiences are preferred.
Ø Structured thinking and presentation, strong communication skills
Ø Ability to work with a broad base of internal and external partners.
Ø Business level or above both in English and Chinese.
Ø Excellent execution and learning ability.
Ø Open minded and positive attitude.
