Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Associate Business Development Manager (Trauma), located in Singapore.

The Associate Business Development Manager, Trauma is responsible for defining and shaping short term and long-term strategies and go-to-market solutions that will sustain the growth of our Trauma portfolio.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop launch plans for New Products & Focus Segments
  • Provide team with NPI insights, establish new revenue streams and explore new go-to-market models
  • Identify key drivers and opportunities for product, procedural and market growth.
  • Ensure competitive advantage across the product portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, regional and global partners for Marketing, Prof Ed and Comm Ed strategies

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Medicine, Nursing, Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering or Biomedical Sciences.
  • Proven experience in MedTech/Orthopaedics.
  • Sales/Marketing experience of 2-5 years (preferred)
  • Team player with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset & leadership qualities to manage internal & external stakeholders
  • Understanding of financial KPIs for CAPEX, A&P & CME budget management
