Description

• Manage Calendars / Travel of the Site Leadership Team Members (Facilitate the most effective use of the SLT’s time and ensure they are aware of diary commitments and any changes are notified in a timely manner)
• Prepare & Manage Expense Submissions
• Assistance with Inspection / F2F Meeting and any other visitors
• Support of Travels for Cilag Employees
• Update Org. Charts of the Site
• Sponsoring & HOME
• Coordination Cilag Cars
• Coordination of E-Marketplace Orders
• Mutual representation of the Executive Assistants

Qualifications

• Proven track record as an Executive Assistant
• Previous experience in an international environment - minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
• Possess advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint as well as general grasp of IT systems (in-house systems such as Concur, eMarketplace/Ariba, time tracking tools)
• Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
• Strong team player
• Proactive and service & solution oriented
• Flexible and organized
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with confidential and sensitive data
• Discreet
• Outstanding project management and follow up skills
• Fluent in English and in German
• Well organized and collaborative
• Enthusiastic, curious and a self-starter
• As this role supports critical leadership functions, a high degree of flexibility is required including being contactable outside of office hours for urgent business issues
