Job Description

We are searching for a Finance Intern to join our Invoice to Cash – Collections & Disputes team from mid January to early May 2024. If you are strong in critical thinking, self-motivated and detail oriented, then we invite you to embark on an exciting internship journey with us!

The Finance Intern is mainly responsible for providing support to the collections team in managing customer accounts. e.g. Reduce past due debts, input disputes in the system, attend to customer requests, etc. for MRCs and markets serviced by JNJ Global Services-Manila. This position reports to the I2C Senior Team Lead.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage customer collection, monitor KPI result to meet the commitment of Service Level Agreement
  • AR Forecasting and analysis
  • Ensure that adequate and effective internal controls are in place and that processes and policies are established and documented in compliance with WWP, ICH, DTP, and other control requirements
  • Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of collection and dispute process across various entities
  • Manage Sales Order Releasing within scope of authority
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses
  • Good command of English, both oral and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
  • Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
