Summary of the job:

The main task of a Loaner Coordinator in JNJ is responsible for Orthokit delivery services and quality & compliance related activities for Orthokit operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Responsible for booking and timely delivery of the Orthokit.

· Responsible for communicating availability of the Orthokit to the respective sales rep.

· Responsible for checking and inspecting the Orthokit prior to the delivery and communicating the available set contents to the sales rep in advance via email.

· Responsible for preparing checklists along with a copy decontamination certificate to be filled and signed by all customers after the surgery, handing over the documents to the driver along with Orthokit for delivery.

· Responsible for follow up with sales rep for completion of the surgery.

· Responsible to arrange for collection of the Orthokit after the surgery along with consumption report.

· Ensure Decontaminate Certificate is available with the collected Orthokit, perform inspection and communicate the quotation of the used items to customers.

· Responsible for replenishing the Orthokit to make it ready for next surgery.

· Responsible to make sure that all the Orthokits are complete at all times.

· Responsible to inspect the quality of all instruments and implants after each surgery as per JNJ Quality and Compliance Standards.

· Responsible to check the cleanliness of all Orthokits as per JNJ Quality and Compliance Standards.

· Responsible to maintain GDP (Good Documentation Practice) of Orthokit Checklists and Decontamination reports as per JNJ Quality and Compliance Standards.

· Responsible to maintain cleanliness of shipping boxes and fleets at all times.

· Responsible to report any missing / damage instrument or implant in timely manner to the operations manager and commercial team.

· Responsible to order missing / damage instrument or implant after the approval from operations manager to make sure the Orthokits are complete at all times.

· OTIF, OTS, GDNI

· Inventory Accuracy

· Loaner Kit shipping accuracy

· CAPPA Effectiveness & Timelines

Qualifications

Experience Required

· Education: high school or diploma.

· Experience: fresh graduate or 1 – 3 years’ experience preferably in warehouse environment.

· Advantages: Experience from a multi-national or regional company in MedTech environment.

· Language: Arabic, basic to medium English

· Location: Jeddah or Riyadh

· Relocation availability: N/A
