The Program

The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a program that hires high-potential MBA students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.

Opportunities are available across LATAM, including Brazil, Colombia and Mexico across our FINANCE AREAS . 

Participants gain invaluable on-the-job experiences throughout rotations within Johnson & Johnson’s business sectors (Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Corporate Services), working in different functional areas, which may include Financial Planning and Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Accounting & Treasury, Research & Development Finance, Acquisitions & Divestitures, and Corporate Consolidations.  These assignments are designed to develop a strong foundation of business acumen, technical skills, leadership, and J&J knowledge, building skills and readiness for a job at the director level and beyond.

Who We're Looking For

• Full-time MBA degree required (completed between Jan/2022 - Jan/2024)
• Minimum of five years full time experience
• Permanent work authorization and language fluency for countries of interest
• Proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to develop solutions using data-driven insights
• Desirable previous experience in finance
