THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Clinical Specialist to join our New Zealand DePuy Synthes team in a clinical specialist role. You will be partnering with our customers – Orthopaedic Surgeons, Nurses, and hospital staff within the surgical environment to optimise patient’s surgical outcomes.

This is an exciting, varied, and challenging role, which will allow you to dig your teeth into the commercial world of healthcare. Being a collaborative team player is your superpower and being patient centric is what drives you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Train, educate and add value to a range of healthcare professionals.
  • Provide trusted technical support in an orthopaedic theatre environment.
  • Create and enhance strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Champion the team by being an active contributor to the continued success of the team.
  • Enhance corporate reputation in the market, build share of voice among industry peers.
  • Establish and maintain networks and relationships.

Qualifications

  • A proven clinical background-strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate with a variety of healthcare professionals.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • The natural ability to develop relationships and have conversations with a diverse range of customers.
  • Goal orientated mindset.
