Position Summary:

This position is the regional arm of the Payroll Global Process Owner (GPO) Organization. The resource is responsible for being the trusted advisor to the operational group focused on the implementation of new technologies, processes, and projects within the Service Delivery Region. The Regional GPO Lead will be the trained expert in the strategic tools available in these areas globally and will coordinate potential process improvements and opportunities between global and local, taking guidance from the Global product experts within payroll. This role is accountable for leading the deployment and delivery of the NCHC Separation Program and Galileo Transformation Program for the region in charge. This role will lead the regional implementations to consolidate Payroll/T&A vendors and system landscapes and develop end-to-end global processes for the countries in scope. This role is cross-functional across all tiers of Finance, HR, Compliance, and IT. They will have significant stakeholder management responsibility interacting with key business stakeholders across enterprises, sectors, and functions at regional and local levels. This role is accountable for program delivery including team leadership, budget, governance, stakeholder management, and third-party vendor management. The regional GPO Lead partners closely with the Payroll and T&A Product Owners, the Global Testing Lead, and the regional/local PMO.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the mobilization of the resources in close partnership with the GS Payroll and time service delivery teams.
• Oversee the execution of the implementations of the Payroll and T&A solution including ensuring the deliverables and timelines for all
project phases across the regional domain
• Act as a strategic leader driving collaborations and complex transformations
• Responsible for program scope, change analysis, and overall resource management
• Identify and manage business risks and interdependencies working with cross-functional partners

Approximate Percentage of Time:                       Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities:

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree

Required Years of Related Experience: Minimum 7 years project management and oversight with advanced project and resource planning

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Microsoft Project, Jira

People Management Experience: Oversight and management of resources required

Required Years of People Management Experience: 5 years of people and/or direct project resource management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payroll Implementation Experience, ADP Implementation Experience, HR/Payroll/Finance Cross Functional Coordination, Payroll Testing Execution Leadership

Supervisory Responsibilities: 30 plus resources

Key Working Relationships:

  • Internal - Payroll, HR, IT, Benefits, Compensation, Equity
