In this role, you will be responsible for developing Advanced Therapies digital and technology program in partnership with our Janssen Supply Chain Technology Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships and understand the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain team digital needs; then determine opportunities where processes and solutions can drive increased patient satisfaction/value and operational efficiencies.

  • Build and maintain a digital transformation roadmap aligned to the Advanced Therapies Supply Chain goals.

  • Lead team to prioritize the portfolio of technology investments to maximize value both in the short & long term, including maintenance of infrastructure and obsolescence.

  • Leverage technology to improve real-time visibility and decision making as aligned with the business needs.

  • Extend that real time visibility throughout the entire Advanced Therapies supply chain from Research & Development, thru Supply Chain & Quality to Commercial.

  • Implement advanced analytics tools for greater insights.

  • Establish a clear vision for digital transformation, including evaluation of the latest technology trends to drive thought leadership.

  • Focus on collaboration, integration, and automation across functions and both internal & external partners.

  • Work with the J&J Technology partners to ensure the delivery of world-class solutions for the business processes needed in the end-to-end Supply Chain functions.

  • Strategically look for ways to improve leverage and drive the value of the systems and tools.

  • Drive initiatives to bring emerging technologies to solve business problems.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent University degree required; Masters preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum 10 years of IT experience, leading Supply Chain digital transformation programs leveraging ERP, Supplier Collaboration, and Demand/Supply Planning technology solutions.

  • Strong team leader who is comfortable working with executives and stakeholders of all levels.

  • Patient focused, keeping a “patient first” approach to everything we do.

  • Experience managing multi-year Supply Chain transformational programs and budgets.

  • Experience managing and building empowered high-functioning teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly break down and translate technical jargon into executive-worthy communication.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing

Other:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $245,000 USD.

  • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

  • · Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

  • · Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

  • · Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

  • · Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
