Senior Patient Program Manager (PPM) are members of the Taiwan Medical Affairs organization whose primary responsibility is to execute, oversee, monitor both patient support programs, value adding program and other patient related programs to complement the company strategies in order to achieve the overall objective within the context of medical knowledge, appropriate corporate policy and local regulation. [Key Roles & Responsibilities] Develops and implements patient program, including PSP, VAP and other patient related program’s policies and procedures. Responsible company SOP initiation, revision and execution. Oversees all PSP operations, including vendor monitoring, site managements, billing and reconciliation. Provide training to internal/external employees. Responsible for potential audit preparation Sets the educators’ schedule and approves paid time. Ensures that customer/vendor service standards are met. Collaborates with vendors, educators, doctors, and executives. Works with executives to set goals, objectives, and budgets. Makes sure regulations, guidelines, and standards are followed.

Qualifications

BS degree in scientific and/or medical discipline required More than 2 years patient program management experience in specific therapeutic area is strongly preferred

Proven ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional networks Current working knowledge of Taiwan legal, regulatory and compliance regulations and guidelines relevant to industry interactions with health-care professionals Good communication, presentation and time management skills
