We are currently seeking a Commercial Lead, DePuy Synthes (DPS), who is the primary point of contact within J&J Singapore for Orthopedic business and portfolio of cluster of hospitals. This position reports to Head of DPS Southeast Asia. This role will oversight for Business Unit Manager, Sales Manager & Product Manager managing aligned accounts in a territory/cluster. He / She is responsible to direct appropriate business unit resources within the territory/cluster. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Sets the strategic direction and deliver business results for DPS business units
  • Define, identify and ongoing review to optimise assigned Singapore territories/accounts/clusters
  • Implement marketing objectives, policies, sales organization structure, sales and marketing programs to achieve desirable sales and profit
  • Develop and deliver Strategic Account Plans for assigned Strategic Accounts
  • Coach and motivate a sales team to achieve business goals.
  • Capture deep customer insights, market intelligence and identifying business opportunities
  • Lead sales approaches that evolve with changing customer needs or healthcare environment, payer model or other major drivers.
  • Establish strategic partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to impact business and shape local markets.
  • Execute on account management processes and tools to expand long-term relationships for J&J that deliver growth opportunities for both parties.
  • Leverage the internal capabilities and resources of J&J Singapore to align with strategic account objective
  • Lead compliant business practices and nurture this behavior deep in the team

Qualifications

  • University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. A Masters in Business Administration is Preferred
  • Has successfully delivered business results and in leading a sales & marketing team
  • Successful demonstration of ability to influence, lead change and drive innovative solution development
  • Demonstrate strong customer understanding, industry & market trends critical for growth
  • Demonstrate expertise in applying account management process and tools in managing relationships
  • Able to successfully advocate for and represent J&J in the external market
  • Needs to have demonstrated successful business and leadership outcomes when interfacing with external parties and government agencies
  • Be effective in navigating complex situations and be astute as to how to influence, collaborate and partner to reach optimal solutions and outcomes, with both internal and external partners
  • Demonstrates high learning agility 
  • Proven track record of successful talent development outcomes
  • Has broad knowledge of the MedTech healthcare industry
