Job Summary:
Responsible for creating new models that support business decisions by working closely with partners to establish initiatives and strategies to assign capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, discover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
- Leading continuous reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
- Develop tools in Microsoft environment to helps Strategy & Operations area to support business decisions.
- Document and communicate the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicate your knowledge and plans to multi-functional team members and management.
- Gather critical information from multi-stakeholder meetings and produce useful reports.
- Make sure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Project management, project plan development and performance monitoring.
- Updating, implementation and maintenance of procedures.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitor work you're doing and ensure timely completion of projects
Qualifications
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the field of business administration, Engineering, or information systems
- More than 2 years of related work experience
- Demonstrable experience with business and technical requirements, analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development
- Knowledge of data analysis & reporting tools, dashboard development and understanding of structured data.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Intermediate level of Excel), Python, Power Automate, Power Apps. This experience will be evaluated as part of the process.
- Intermediate English
- Knowledge of finance is desirable.
- Good communication skills and ease of relating to other work areas
- Focus on innovation
