Skills and Competencies

  • Proven experience managing and organizing content within SharePoint (required), with familiarity in other collaboration or document-sharing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Intralinks) considered a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare clear, accurate reports to support product and platform performance tracking.
  • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and process automation to streamline workflows and enhance product related resource delivery.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation and product related resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear documentation and delivering training content.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including commercial, technology, and operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines.
  • Experience supporting large-scale projects or platform enhancements, including coordinating tasks, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use.

Responsibilities

The Commercial Product Management Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Product Infrastructure function by ensuring the commercial product ecosystem that underpins Moody’s Ratings is well-documented and effectively supported. The role focuses on maintaining product documentation, developing training and user resources, managing internal knowledge repositories, and supporting enhancements to client-facing platforms. In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to analytics and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement and assist with innovation initiatives, including AI-driven tools and process automation, while providing guidance to commercial teams to improve product usability and client engagement.

  • Maintain and update Moody’s Ratings product documentation, process guides and internal procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the development and delivery of training programs for commercial teams to enhance product knowledge and usability.
  • Support risk and compliance activities, including risk assessments, control testing, and audit preparations.
  • Assist in managing and enhancing client-facing platforms (e.g., IssuerFocus, Intralinks).
  • Maintain, organize, and continuously improve internal knowledge repositories (e.g., SharePoint sites) to provide commercial teams with quick access to accurate, up-to-date product information.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to test and validate platform changes before deployment.
  • Contribute to analytics and reporting on external-facing platforms and Moody’s Ratings products to assess usage, client engagement, and identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assist in managing the product innovation pipeline, including gathering feedback from stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements, process automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Support development of frameworks and tools (e.g., AI solutions) that enhance product knowledge and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with commercial teams, technology, and operations to ensure smooth implementation of processes and platform enhancements.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to implement product infrastructure enhancements.

Our Commercial Product Management team is responsible for designing and managing Moody’s Ratings’ commercial product ecosystem. We ensure products are governed by clear standards, supported by robust digital platforms, and continuously enhanced through innovation and analytics. Annual base salary gross: 32,500 EUR to 51,900 EUR. Applicable to Lithuania candidates: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moody’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Moody’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards and benefits include the following: Medical, Personal Accident, Life Insurance and Time Off.
