Skills & Competencies

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can improve processes and drive efficiency
  • Interest in exploring AI systems and willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
  • Established track record of successfully developing a network of clients and nurturing deep relationships with C‑Level prospects
  • Experience negotiating complex, strategic, high‑revenue impact deals
  • Deep understanding of the competitive landscape for financial products and services
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process, including pipeline management, priority organization, and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; experience delivering thought leadership through publications or speaking engagements is a plus

Education

  • Undergraduate/first‑level degree (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) required

Responsibilities

This role manages the full sales lifecycle for a client account base, identifies new opportunities, and serves as a primary contact for C‑level executives. It requires strong sales execution, client relationship management, collaboration across internal teams, and consistent delivery against revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle for a client account base, identifying and initiating new sales opportunities
  • Prospect new clients, leverage existing relationships, and handle contract negotiations
  • Market credit risk products and service solutions to the Commercial Banking & Capital Markets sector
  • Meet or exceed established revenue targets by generating new revenue and defending and growing existing revenue streams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for C‑level executives, including CROs and CFOs
  • Collaborate with Product Specialists, Strategists, and other internal teams to leverage expertise throughout the sales cycle
  • Provide current sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management
  • Represent the company at industry events and company‑sponsored functions
  • Travel required 30–40%

About the Team

The Digital Insights team manages the full sales lifecycle for client accounts, focusing on identifying new opportunities and serving as the primary contact for C‑level executives. The team drives new business and strengthens client relationships by marketing credit risk solutions, partnering across internal groups, and ensuring strong revenue performance. Joining the team offers the opportunity to engage in strategic sales and client management within the dynamic Commercial Banking & Capital Markets sector.

For Canada-based roles only: The anticipated hiring total compensation range (including salary and incentive compensation) for this position is $80,700.00 - $117,000.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position.
