Your Impact

Help Clarifai better understand our prospects and customers. Your work will enable us to be able to make decisions based on data and analytics to make sure we make the best possible decisions for the company. Standardizing metrics and reports will be vital and we need you to drive the processes and standards.

The Opportunity

  • Derive and communicate actionable insights from our pipeline, prospects, and customers
  • Proactively identify actionable trends based on prospect activity
  • Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc Sales reporting
  • Accountable to maintain and update our revenue operations tech stack: Salesforce, Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClariPilot, Apollo
  • Assist marketing team with creating reports across revenue operations tech stack
  • Collaborate with data insights team to make recommendations cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service) based on market signals


  • 7 years of Salesforce experience, including various integrations. Intermediate experience with Hubspot
  • Understand how information flows between our different tools and improve data insights from better architecting integrations across tools
  • Run toward difficult data challenges whether in Salesforce across the stack
  • Prior experience in start-up environment(s)

Nice to Have

  • Past experience working in an emerging technology organization and/or an organization with expertise in AI/ML
  • Analytically bent - you love rolling up your sleeves and digging into understanding what the data is telling us and you proactively take action improve our process
  • Desire to build new reports and derive insights
