Who you are:
Copia is seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive to accelerate our commercial and enterprise growth across North America. This individual contributor role will be responsible for managing the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution design, negotiation, and close. As a key member of the sales organization, you’ll work closely with SDRs, Solution Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success to expand new and existing relationships. The ideal candidate has experience selling into large organizations with multiple stakeholders, and works well with a team-sell.

What you'll do:
- Self-generate pipeline: Pipeline growth from both current customers and new customers is critical for our team’s success. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, account-based selling, and current customer outreach. Maintain accurate forecasting and deal hygiene within the CRM. Self generated pipeline is an expectation for this role.
- Build trusted executive relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals and aligning Copia’s solutions to their strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Solution Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps/Data teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong customer value, and alignment across Copia and the customer journey.
- Identify and actively participate in relevant trade associations
- Drive revenue and sales execution: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution alignment, negotiation, and close.
- Pipeline management & forecasting: Accurately manage pipeline health.
- Deliver & exceed revenue targets: Consistently achieve or exceed quota through sales execution, effective territory management, and a focus on high-value opportunities.
- Contribute to sales excellence and continuous improvement: Provide feedback to help refine Copia’s sales playbooks, messaging, and enablement content. Share learnings and collaborate with peers to elevate team performance.
What you'll need:
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience with a strong record of achievement in enterprise or complex SaaS solution sales.
- Experience in cybersecurity, manufacturing, supply chain/warehousing, IoT, or other comparable SaaS solutions
- Experience in land-and-expand campaigns (Example: Pilot/POC to full deployment)Sales Methodologies: Proficiency with structured enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDICC, Value Based Conversations, or Challenger. Skilled in applying these methodologies to qualify opportunities, navigate multi-stakeholder environments, and drive predictable deal execution
- History of delivering successfully on ARR revenue targets with a focus on exceeding annual quota in complex sales with multiple stakeholders
- Cross-Functional Collaboration in previous roles including working effectively with Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and RevOps/data
- Flexible for changes and thrives in a fast paced environment Generating qualified meetings with multiple stakeholders and generating scoped pipeline opportunities
- Executive Engagement: Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives by leading strategic, value-based discussions.
