*Responsible for the full cycle management of smart hardware R&D projects, leading product projects evaluation to determine the product launch.

*To make overall planning for hardware development, supply chain, production, and acceptance; Flowing the process management system until it’s implemented.

*Responsible for the implementation and high-quality delivery of projects by integrating internal and external resources when it comes to product requirements.

*Working with product managers to provide hardware product solutions based on customer needs, while optimizing the solutions and transitioning them to product.

*To hold on project risk and product quality by tracking the project development and deployment process, meanwhile, providing professional advice timely.

*Hardware R&D technical background with 7 years+ experiences in intelligent storage, logistics or autonomous driving industry and other industries related.

*Familiar with the whole life cycle of intelligent hardware R&D projects with 3 years+ project team management experiences having successful overseas production.

*Excellent leadership, communication skills, and coordinated ability.

*English proficiency, it can be used as working language; to accept interviews in English.

岗位职责：

1、负责智能硬件研发项目的全周期管理，包含从硬件产品立项到产品下市的全产品生命周期管理；

2、负责硬件项目开发、供应链、投产和验收的整体实施计划制定，梳理流程管理体系并落地；

3、整合内外部资源，负责产品需求的有效实施和高质量交付；

4、根据客户需求，与产品经理共同探讨，提供硬件产品解决方案。对团队内部解决方案进行把关和优化，将现有的解决方案产品化；

5、把控项目进度、项目风险及产品质量，跟踪项目研发和现场部署过程，及时提供专业建议。

任职资格：

1、硬件研发技术背景，具备7年以上智能仓储、物流、自动驾驶等相关行业工作经验；

2、有海外产品的成功投产经验，具备海外工作经历；

3、熟悉智能硬件研发项目全生命周期，3年以上项目团队管理经验；

4、优良的领导力、沟通协调能力和团队协作能力；

5、优良的英语听说读写能力，英语可作为工作语言，能接受英文面试。
